MENGNIU DAIRY<02319> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited (the "Company"),
trading in its shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today
(13/4/2007) pending the release of an announcement by the Company 
regarding placing of shares by shareholders and issue of new shares.

Accordingly, the following derivative warrants relating to the
Company has been suspended:-
